         He gained the title of 11th Earl of Southesk.1 He gained the title of Lord Carnegie of Kinnaird and Leuchards.1 He gained the title of Baron Balinhard of Farnell.1

She was born on 3 April 1893 at East Sheen Lodge, Richmond Park, Richmond, London, England.1 She married Charles Alexander Carnegie, 11th Earl of Southesk, son of Charles Noel Carnegie, 10th Earl of Southesk and Ethel Mary Elizabeth Bannerman, on 12 November 1923 at London, England.1 She died on 14 December 1945 at age 52 at London.1
    She was created Princess Maud of Great Britain and Ireland on 9 November 1905.1

    Alexander William George Duff, 1st Duke of Fife was the son of James Duff, 5th Earl of Fife and Lady Agnes Georgiana Elizabeth Hay.1 He was born on 10 November 1849 at Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Scotland.1 He married Louise Victoria Alexandra Dagmar Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Princess Royal of the United Kingdom, daughter of Edward VII Albert Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, King of the United Kingdom and Alexandra Caroline Marie Charlotte Louise Julia von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, Princess of Denmark, on 27 July 1889 at Buckingham Palace, St. James's, London, England.1 He died on 29 January 1912 at age 62 at Aswan, Egypt.1
    He succeeded to the title of 6th Earl of Fife on 7 August 1879.1 He was created Marquess of Macduff on 29 July 1889.2 He was created 1st Duke of Fife on 29 July 1889.2 He was created Earl of Macduff on 16 October 1899.2 Alexander William George Duff, 1st Duke of Fife also went by the nick-name of MacDuff.

She married Alexander William George Duff, 1st Duke of Fife, son of James Duff, 5th Earl of Fife and Lady Agnes Georgiana Elizabeth Hay, on 27 July 1889 at Buckingham Palace, St. James's, London, England.1 She died on 4 January 1931 at age 63 at Portman Square, Marylebone, London, England.2,1 She was buried at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, Windsor, Berkshire, England.3 She was buried at Chapel, Mar Lodge, Braemar, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.3
